This information constitutes and regulates the terms of use, limitations of liability, and obligations that users of the website published under the domain name www.nicolishop.com assume and undertake to respect.

Definitions

"Page," the domain made available to Internet Users.

"User," a natural or legal person who uses or browses the Page.

"Content," refers to the pages that make up the entire domain, which constitute the information and services that Nícoli makes available to Internet Users. Terms of Use

The mere and simple use of the Page grants the status of user of the Page, whether a natural or legal person, and necessarily implies the complete, full, and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in the Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with the clauses and terms of use of this Legal Notice, they will refrain from using the Page.

This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates, so the version published by Nícoli may differ each time the User accesses the Portal. Therefore, the User must read the Legal Notice on each and every occasion they access the Page.

The User is obliged and undertakes to use the Page and the Contents in accordance with current legislation, the Legal Notice, and any other notices or instructions made known to them, either through this legal notice or anywhere else within the Contents that make up the Page, as well as with the rules of coexistence, morality, and generally accepted good customs.

Likewise, in accordance with all of the above, the User may not:

The User must refrain from obtaining and even attempting to obtain the Contents using means or procedures other than those which, depending on the case, have been made available to them for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the Web pages where the Contents are located or, in general, those habitually used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Page, and/or the Contents.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Page are the property of Nícoli or, where appropriate, of third parties who have authorized their use, without it being understood that the use or access to the Portal and/or the Contents attributes to the User any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs, and without it being understood that any of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over said Contents are transferred to the User.

Likewise, the Contents are the intellectual property of Nícoli, or of third parties where applicable, therefore, the Intellectual Property rights are owned by Nícoli or by third parties who have authorized their use, to whom the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights of the same in any form corresponds and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

The unauthorized use of the information contained in this Website, as well as the infringement of the Intellectual or Industrial Property rights of Nícoli or of third parties included in the Page who have assigned content, will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.

Nícoli does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing the Page, its Contents, nor that they are updated, although it will make its best efforts to, where appropriate, avoid, correct or update them. Consequently, Nícoli is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User that are due to failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or beforehand.

Nícoli excludes, with the exceptions contemplated in current legislation, any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of availability, continuity or quality of the operation of the Page and the Contents, to the failure to meet the expectation of utility that users might have attributed to the Page and the Contents.
